Travelling Policies
While travelling you must follow our protocol and policies for your better safety.
- Clients must follow the instructions of the trekking guide at all times for their own safety and the safety of others in the group. Failure to comply with the guide's instructions may result in the client being asked to leave the trek.
- The trekking agency will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the trek. Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trekking activities.
- The trekking agency will not provide any refunds if the trek is not completed or if the client is not satisfied with the trek. This includes situations where the trek is cut short due to weather conditions, illness, or injury.
- Clients are responsible for their own physical fitness and health, and should consult with a doctor before undertaking any strenuous physical activity such as trekking.
- The trekking agency reserves the right to cancel the trek at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters. In such cases, the trekking agency will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a partial refund, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Clients are responsible for their own equipment and should bring appropriate clothing, footwear, and other gear for the trek. The trekking agency may provide some equipment or gear, but this is subject to availability.
- Clients should respect the environment and local communities during the trek, and should not engage in any activities that may harm the natural surroundings or cultural heritage of the area.
- The trekking agency may modify the itinerary or route of the trek for safety reasons or to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
- Clients should inform the trekking agency of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements that may affect their ability to undertake the trek. The trekking agency will make every effort to accommodate such requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Clients should make sure that they have all necessary visas, permits, and other travel documents before undertaking the trek. The trekking agency may assist with obtaining such documents, but this is subject to local regulations and procedures.
