Ad Travel provides refund of 80% if you have done 100% advance payment and cannot attend the trek due to any reasons .
The advance 20% is not refunded either you make or do not make the trek . The 20% will ensure that guide and porter on reserve get some cash even though the trek is cancelled .
No refund is provided if their is user dissatisfaction with guide, porter, trek and natural scene .
No refund is provided in case of unsucessful trek due to health issue in guide, porter, client, natural disaster and any other cause that can cause trek to be cancelled mid trek .
If the trek is unable to be done from start we will provide you some alternative option to trek .
For exmaple : If there is no flight for EBC trek for multiple day we will offer you Annapurna Circuit Trek and no refund .
