Booking Policies
While booking you must follow our protocol and policies for easy booking and better understanding.
- A 20% deposit of the total cost of the tour trek or peak climbing is required to secure the booking. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer before arrival.
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as it will be used to pay for permits and secure a guide for the tour trek or peak climbing.
- The remaining 80% of the total cost can be paid in cash or online after arrival in Nepal.
- Payment can be made in Nepalese rupees or any major foreign currency, subject to exchange rates.
- If the remaining balance is not paid on or before the agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the 20% deposit.
- Any changes to the itinerary or booking details must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start of the tour trek or peak climbing.
- We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we believe that the safety of our clients or our staff is at risk due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
- If the tour trek or peak climbing is cancelled by us for any reason, we will refund the 20% deposit in full.
- We strongly recommend that clients take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during the tour trek or peak climbing.
- By making a booking, clients agree to comply with all rules and regulations set out by the tour operator and any authorities in Nepal.
- Booking must be done at least 14 days before the arrival for better management.
